Indian retail is loud. Fluorescent lighting, dense SKUs, hurried shoppers. Your pack has a few seconds to answer three questions: what is this, why should I trust it, and which variant do I want?
Hierarchy before decoration
Beautiful textures mean little if the brand name disappears at arm’s length. We design packaging for scanability first — name, category cue, variant, then craft. Decoration and foils earn their place when they support the story, not when they compensate for weak structure.
Design for the printer you will actually use
A mockup on a laptop is not the product. Dielines, bleed, barcode clear zones and local stock behaviour matter. The best packaging systems survive first print, reprint and the next flavour launch without rewriting the brand.
